Yesterday's session with Matrix was awesome; it was one of the most beneficial training days I've had in my career. To dig deep into the psychology of selling and learn about simple tricks to gain an advantage in negotiations was very beneficial. It opened my eyes to new strategies to give me an advantage in the field. 

One of the biggest takeaways I had was how to ask the right questions, when to ask them, and who to ask. Too many reps in our industry give concessions or discounts very easily and there is a lot of money left on the table. The way Todd challenged us to think about different scenarios and made us comfortable asking difficult questions is something we can apply in our job every day.
